What We Do
Hjarta (Heart in Swedish and said "Yarta") Care is an American company founded to identify and build tools to address unmet clinical needs in the Vascular and Cardiovascular specialties. Our initial tool, designed by Kellie R. Brown, MD, Professor of Vascular Surgery, is the XplantR. This tool aids open surgical explant of failed EVAR grafts. XplantR is simple, atraumatic, fast and effective. FDA approval was through the De Novo path establishing a new FDA product code for this unique tool.
